Can you select a foundation type from a soil report?

Foundation selection requires structural and geotechnical judgement. It can only be included within an expressly defined engineering scope with qualified review. A production drafting assignment does not authorise our modelers to select or change the foundation system.

Do you issue locally signed or sealed foundation drawings?
