Website Terms of Use and Project Enquiry Conditions
These Terms of Use govern access to the CAD Conversion Services India website and use of its project-review form. They concern the website and preliminary enquiries only. A project begins only when scope, commercial terms, responsibilities and applicable conditions have been agreed separately in writing.
Website Information
The website describes CAD conversion, drafting, BIM, Revit, SolidWorks, architectural, structural, mechanical and MEP production capabilities. The information is general and may not describe every requirement, exclusion or jurisdictional condition relevant to a specific assignment.
Website content is not engineering, architectural, legal, regulatory or safety advice. Drawings, models and production files must be reviewed and approved by the people responsible under the agreed project scope and applicable law.
No Automatic Contract or Acceptance
Submitting an enquiry, receiving an automated confirmation or discussing a representative file does not create a contract, guarantee availability or confirm that CCSI has accepted the assignment. Acceptance requires a separately agreed scope, deliverables, fees, schedule and responsibility structure.
Published examples, turnaround discussions and pricing explanations are contextual. They are not fixed quotations or guarantees for files that have not been reviewed.
Permitted Website Use
You may use the website to learn about services, review project examples and submit a genuine business enquiry. You must not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security controls, send automated spam, introduce malicious code, probe restricted systems or use the form for unlawful or unrelated promotion.
Content may not be copied, republished or presented as another organisation’s work except where permitted by law or authorised in writing.
Separate Project-File Transfers
The website enquiry form does not accept file uploads. When project files are required, the parties should first agree an appropriate transfer route and any necessary NDA or access controls. CCSI does not acquire ownership of a file or its underlying design merely because it has been provided for assessment.
The sender remains responsible for the legitimacy, authorisation, technical accuracy and suitability of information provided through any separately agreed channel.
Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise, the website design, text, graphics, service descriptions and original visual assets are owned by or licensed to CCSI. Client project rights, background intellectual property and final deliverable ownership are governed by the applicable project agreement rather than these website terms.
References to AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks and other third-party products identify compatible software or workflows. Associated trademarks belong to their respective owners, and their mention does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
Case Studies and Feedback
Availability and Third-Party Services
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, hosting issues, security events or circumstances outside our control. Links to external websites are provided for convenience and do not make CCSI responsible for their content or availability.
Limitation of Website Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CCSI is not responsible for decisions made solely from general website information, unauthorised submissions, third-party websites or interruptions outside reasonable control. Project-specific obligations and remedies are determined by the written agreement governing that assignment.

These terms may be updated when the website, security controls or business requirements change. Continued use after publication of an updated version means the current website terms apply to that use. Project agreements may contain different or additional governing-law and dispute provisions.
